Meet The Team

Our fearless director Nina Dehghani, a former support service worker, who saw firsthand during the COVID-19 pandemic, that the disabled demographic of the population was ignored and neglected knew that couldn't keep happening and vowed to make a change. Through her hard work and perseverance, GCDN was born.

Christina Doucette, the Manager of the day program is also physically challenged giving her insight on participants and programming. She has developed a weekly schedule that includes exercise, reading, writing skills, life skills, hot lunches that participants make in the morning,  crafts, and much more.

Seyhan Kogukoglu is responsible for ensuring our programs have adequate staffing and support. Through her expertise, we can provide programs that are run by excellent leaders and professionals who can provide the right support while meeting all of the required experience needed to help our attendees.
