Today we are baking cookies. A sweet treat for the cold February season. Baking & cooking sessions are entirely supervised and intended to teach participants how to follow introductions, basic cooking and baking techniques, using various teaching methodologies such as hand-over-hand, as well as clean-up, organization and hygiene.
